High Malt gin, take 2. Crafted from a variety of botanicals including honey, hibiscus, coriander & juniper, our second Experimental gin explores the sweeter, fruitier style of gin, known as “Old Tom." Made from a base of our signature Tennessee High Malt mash bill, this gin was infused & distilled with a blend of 10 botanicals before being finished in single use bourbon barrels for over 6 months. The result is a fruit-forward, whiskey lover’s gin - perfectly suited for a Tom Collins cocktail!
