Orders placed after business hours on Friday, or on Saturday/Sunday, begin processing the following Monday.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

Carriers will not leave packages unattended.

SHIPPING INSURANCE & TRANSIT CONDITIONS

FAILED DELIVERY & RETURNS DUE TO NON-RECEIPT

The following applies:

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any eligible refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If free shipping was applied, a $40 shipping/handling fee will be deducted

If returned items arrive damaged due to failed delivery or refusal, the customer is responsible for the full order amount
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to modify your shipping address:

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

OWNERSHIP & TITLE TRANSFER

TAXES
Applicable state and local taxes will be charged based on shipping destination as required by law.
Customers are responsible for any additional local alcohol taxes, use taxes, or regulatory fees that may apply in their jurisdiction.
DELIVERY ISSUES & CLAIMS
You must inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
Any missing or incorrect items must be reported within three (3) business days of delivery.
If an incorrect item was shipped:

You must provide a photo of the sealed product and your order number.

Failure to notify within the stated timeframe may void claim eligibility.
EXTREME WEATHER
Main Street Liquor is not responsible for product damage due to extreme heat or cold during transit.
If you wish to delay shipment due to weather conditions, you must notify us prior to shipment.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final.
If an order has not yet been packaged or shipped, cancellation requests may be considered at our discretion.
Approved cancellations may incur a 10% restocking fee.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
