Agave does not grow as well in Tennessee as it does in Mexico. Agave does age well in freshly dumped whiskey barrels in Nashville though. We wanted to continue the tradition of offering spirits at higher proofs that you can normally find. Don’t let the easy finish fool you on this or you may be dancing on Broadway in no time.
