How to Enjoy Your Italian Rosé Wine
The best Italian rosés are playful as well as composed. Lamborghini’s rosé spotlights red currant, grounds itself in wet stone, and offers the merest hint of vanilla.
It also plays well with others. Excellent food pairings for Italian rosé wine include everything from vegetarian tartelettes to a roast leg of lamb. Its crispness won’t overpower delicate flavors, and its depth will complement even red meat.
However, we particularly recommend serving a cool glass with fish or with dishes that feature delicate sauces such as a béchamel or a velouté.
