Our 4-year-old Straight Rye Whiskey aged for an additional 12 months in barrels for Orchard Cellar Meadery and Winery’s “Mazer White” mead - a honey-grape pyment, which is a truly special meld of mead and wine. The final product gives honey on the nose but morphs to notes of cinnamon, soft spice, and peppery rye on the palate. This collaboration with our friends at Orchard Cellar shows that mead and rye whiskey go together like bees and honey.
