Our small batch signature rye blend in new charred American oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years. This carefully crafted blend is then transferred into a French Rivesaltes wine barrel for an additional 3-8 months. The Rivesaltes barrel provides notes of dried fruit, nuts, and chocolate to complement the rich orange peel and rye spice of the blend.
