The name "Foggy Burl" pays homage to the massive coastal redwoods of Humboldt County, with water sourced from the ancient fog-fed forest where the 342-foot tall tree stands as a symbol of strength and sustainability.

Thanks to the cool, temperate climate of Northern California, the aging process unfolds slowly and deliberately, resulting in a whiskey with exceptional balance, structure, and complexity.
