New Louisville Merry ChristMerica Christmas Edition 7 Year Bourbon 127.8 Proof (Pre-Order)

THIS IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM—IT IS EXPECTED TO SHIP NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2026

New Louisville Barrel House Merry ChristMerica Christmas Edition 7 Year Bourbon combines mature American bourbon with an unmistakably festive and patriotic holiday presentation. Aged for 7 years and bottled at a powerful 127.8 proof (63.9% ABV), this limited seasonal release is designed for bourbon enthusiasts who appreciate mature oak character, high-proof intensity, and collectible bottle art.

Seven years in oak give this straight bourbon a substantial foundation of caramel, vanilla, brown sugar, toasted oak, baking spice, and dark fruit. Its elevated proof preserves a concentrated texture and bold flavor profile, delivering the warmth and intensity expected from a serious high-proof American whiskey.

The custom Merry ChristMerica artwork brings together classic Christmas imagery and Americana, featuring a patriotic winter scene that gives the bottle instant shelf appeal. It is a natural fit for holiday bourbon collections, Christmas whiskey gifts, seasonal parties, bourbon exchanges, and collectors of limited-edition releases.

Unlike flavored or specially finished holiday whiskeys, Merry ChristMerica keeps the focus on 7-year straight bourbon, making its festive personality primarily about the presentation while allowing mature bourbon character to remain at the center of the drinking experience.

For shoppers searching for Christmas bourbon, 7 year bourbon, high proof whiskey, patriotic bourbon, New Louisville Barrel House bourbon, or a collectible holiday whiskey, Merry ChristMerica offers an appealing blend of age, strength, and seasonal character.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Bold aromas of caramel, vanilla bean, brown sugar, toasted oak, dark cherry, cinnamon, and baking spice.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering oak, caramel, vanilla, baking spice, and charred wood.

How to Enjoy

Because Merry ChristMerica is bottled at 127.8 proof, start with a small neat pour in a Glencairn or tulip-shaped whiskey glass. Allow the bourbon several minutes to rest before tasting.

After sampling it neat, add a few drops of water at a time. This can soften the high-proof intensity while revealing additional sweetness, fruit, and spice.

It can also be served over one large ice cube or used in a bold holiday Old Fashioned, where its high proof will maintain structure after dilution.
