New Louisville North Pole Nectar Christmas Edition 7 Year Honey Barrel Finished Bourbon 130 Proof (Pre-Order)

THIS IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM—IT IS EXPECTED TO SHIP NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2026

New Louisville Barrel House North Pole Nectar Christmas Edition 7 Year Bourbon is a bold holiday release combining mature 7-year straight bourbon whiskey with a distinctive finish in honey barrels.

Bottled at a formidable 130 proof (65% ABV), North Pole Nectar delivers the concentrated structure and intensity sought by high-proof bourbon enthusiasts while introducing a sweeter finishing influence. The honey barrel treatment complements bourbon's natural caramel and vanilla notes with additional impressions of honey, brown sugar, toasted sweetness, warm spice, and rich oak.

Seven years of maturation provide a substantial base of vanilla, caramel, seasoned oak, dark fruit, baking spice, and barrel char, while the finishing process adds a softer honeyed dimension. The result is a full-bodied seasonal whiskey designed for slow sipping, holiday gatherings, and collectors of unusual finished bourbon.

The custom North Pole Nectar label features a festive barrel-house scene with Santa-inspired holiday imagery, giving the bottle instant seasonal character. Combined with its age statement, elevated proof, and specialty finish, it stands out as a distinctive addition to a Christmas whiskey display or bourbon collection.

For shoppers looking for honey finished bourbon, Christmas bourbon, 7 year bourbon, high proof whiskey, New Louisville Barrel House bourbon, or collectible holiday releases, North Pole Nectar offers a memorable combination of mature whiskey and festive presentation.

How to Enjoy

Because North Pole Nectar is bottled at 130 proof, begin with a small neat pour in a Glencairn or tulip-shaped whiskey glass and allow it several minutes to rest.

Adding a few drops of water can reveal more of the honey, vanilla, caramel, and spice notes while reducing some of the high-proof intensity. It can also be enjoyed over one large ice cube for slower dilution.

Its honey-forward character can work especially well in a rich holiday Old Fashioned, where the whiskey's high proof helps maintain structure after mixing.
