The Limited Edition 273 Blend is a three grain mash bill of rye, corn and barley. The mash bill is approximately 10% rye and 80% corn. The blend begins as our award winning Original Gold Bar Blended American Whiskey that is casked in red wine barrels sourced from Napa Valley. For the 273 Blend, the whiskey is then finished in used Cognac barrels with the addition of toasted oak staves that added further notes of fruit, deep spice, and berries. Highly versatile and a true crowd-pleaser, delicious served neat or in cocktails.
