Cellar & Folly was started to make whiskey and bring people together. What began in a basement as a routine whiskey night between friends grew into a passion for crafting quality spirits and forging new friendships. We hope each bottle finds you in the place we were that inspired us to start Cellar & Folly: sharing good times with friends over a glass of whiskey.

Chai Fusion combines the sweetness of corn whiskey infused with the warmth of chai spice notes to deliver a unique harmony of flavors perfect for any occasion. Whether enjoyed neat or in a cocktail, immerse yourself in a spirit that evokes chai aromas of cinnamon, vanilla, ginger, and cardamom.
