Distilled in Indiana and re-barreled in Oloroso sherry wine casks before being blended and bottled in Lexington, KY, this bourbon combines tradition with an artful finish. The mash bill consists of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, delivering a bold and balanced profile. Bottled at 113.76 proof, only 3,244 bottles were produced, making this an exclusive offering.
On the nose, the bourbon greets you with aromas of dried fruits, particularly raisins and figs, enhanced by the nutty character of the Oloroso sherry. Hints of toasted oak and dark chocolate emerge, with delicate notes of orange zest and warming spices adding complexity. The palate opens with rich caramel and vanilla, blending effortlessly with the dried fruit and nutty nuances from the sherry cask.
