Gin made using the  LONDON DRY GIN process in small batches of 100 bottles.

Distilled in a traditional copper still, with 15 100% natural botanicals  and very low mineralization water from the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park (Madrid) .

Gin Monti gets its unique personality from our land since some of its botanicals , such as lavender, olive leaves, orange, lemon or liquorice, are native to the Mediterranean basin.
