Introducing the ImpEx Collection Linkwood Distillery 13 Year Old 2010, a premium single malt scotch whisky that has been distilled at the Col Ila Distillery and aged for 13 years. This exquisite whisky has been matured in an Ex-Bourbon Barrel, giving it a unique and distinctive flavor profile. Distilled on September 2nd, 2010, and bottled on March 6th, 2023, only 282 bottles were produced, making it a rare and highly sought-after addition to any whisky collection. The extended aging process has resulted in a sophisticated and complex flavor, making it a must-try for any whisky aficionado.
TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Sweet and earthy. Bonfire char combines with dark chocolate caramel, blackberry jam, and leather.
Palate: Sea spray and smoke give way to raisins and charcoal. Tarry notes with liquorice and polished oak. Underlying layer of gingerbread spice.
Finish: Long and peppery with a touch of menthol.
