The Whistler Imperial Stout Cask Finish is a delicious collaboration between Boann Distillery and Lough Gill Brewing Co. We filled a number of the finest sherry casks with Lough Gill’s Imperial Stout, imparting its rich chocolatey malt tones into the wood. We then refilled these casks with our signature blend of Irish wheat, malt, and grain whiskeys which bestow deeper characters of roasted coffee, dried fruits, and cocoa nibs.
