Made from 100% Blue Weber Agave, La Loma Plata is bottled at 46% ABV to preserve the bold aromas, vibrant minerality, and layered flavor created by the intermittent 4-day steam cooking, dual-crush extraction (70% roller mill, 30% tahona), and open-air fermentation. Each bottle is a celebration of terroir, transparency, and tradition—crafted without additives, sweeteners, or filtration.
