Nestled in the hill of the Ella Valley where David slew Goliath, we have created a corn-based whiskey like no other. We painstakingly handcraft our spirit from a recipe concentrated in smaller grains, then let it sleep for a minimum of two years in former cabernet barrels made from American white oak.
