KEY LIMES Key Limes are smaller, seedier and have more acid and a stronger aroma than the Persian Limes most common in supermarkets. Also known as a “Mexican” or “bartender’s” lime, they provide the sharp tartness that balances the gentle sweetness of agave and the subtle earthiness of tequila in your new favorite margarita.
AGAVE Agave nectar is prized by chefs worldwide for its gently rounded sweetness. We just use a drizzle of organic agave, not tons of high fructose corn syrup or bleached sugar. This complements the tartness of the Key Limes rather than dominating it, and makes a much more refreshing drink.
