Casa Azul Organic Tequila Blanco by Eiza Gonzálezis rested for 2-3 months before bottling. Vibrant agave flavor and nose with baked agave and ripe fruit, hints of herbs and minerals, opening up to a soft, smooth finish.
Our tequila is 100% USDA certified organic. We start with the highest quality agave, and tend to it by hand, so that we don't need to use any additives or chemicals in our process.Our tequila is crafted at Tequila Las Americas, NOM 1480. Owned and operated by the Montes family—third-generation agave farmers turned distillers.
Single Estate, Farm to Bottle
Our agave plants are grown on a single estate near the distillery itself, thriving on the mineral-rich, dark volcanic soil of the Lowlands.

Naturally Rested Before Bottling
After fermenting, the tequila is twice distilled in pot stills then rested for two months, allowing it to aerate naturally for a smoother, softer profile before aging.
