Made from 100% sugarcane, this is a dark amber style rum. Aged in ex-bourbon casks producing a deeper and fuller expression of the vanilla, dark caramel, honey and oak notes. Beautifully packaged in a colonial style bottle to honor Saratoga’s history and replete with a wax hand dipped top.
