Our profound love of the desert led us to create a rye whiskey steeped in the traditions of the desert southwest.
For sentinel, we start with a sweet and bold straight rye and finish it in freshly harvested mesquited Whiskey Del Bac casks. It is then filtered across mesquite charcoal from our mesquited malting process, in an homage to the Franklin County method. Add a hot, Sonoran Desert summer.
The result: A striking straight rye befitting America’s oldest whiskey style while imbuing the essence of the desert Southwest.
