We aged our 4-year-old Straight Rye Whiskey for an additional 12 months in Laird & Company Apple Brandy barrels, with the mulling spices inherent to rye partnering perfectly with the bright fruit tones of these brandy barrels, Laird & Company is the oldest licensed distillery in the United States and is known for their apple spirits, made with apples picked at peak ripeness and aged in charred oak barrels. It’s an honor to be a part of this collaboration, and as you’ll soon taste, it’s a match made for sipping.
