A fantastic expression of Potato Shochu that was flavoured using Sakura (cherry blossom) that has imparted light, fresh floral notes onto the otherwise sweet and fruity spirit.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
