Our icon is the combination of a knitting machine and a copper still. In 1876, my great-grandfather J.J. Pfister created a knitting business in San Francisco. In 2017, J.J. Pfister Distilling Company began making craft spirits. To honor grandpa J’s legacy, we have chosen the highest quality barrel for our seven-year-aged bourbon. It only takes a taste to know why this bourbon will become a favorite. It is best served neat or on the rocks.
