Carl T. Is our signature bourbon, named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After a minimum of 4 years aging in new, charred American Oak, this blend is finished in a Blueberry Port Barrel for an additional 3-8 months. This finish provides notes of blueberry, vanilla, & nutty spices to complement the characteristic flavors of our Carl T. blend.
