Carl T. is our signature bourbon, named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After a minimum of 4 years of aging in new, charred American oak, this blend is finished in a Armagnac brandy barrel This finish provides notes of vanilla, orchard fruit, and caramel to complement the characteristic flavors of our Carl T blend.
