Carl T. is our small batch signature bourbon, named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After a minimum of 4 years of aging in new, charred oak barrels, this Carl T. Batch was transferred into a toasted French oak barrel to age for an additional 4-8 months. This process provides toasted oak notes, enhanced vanilla flavor, and mellowed rye spice.
