As the distillery team tastes the progress of each cask, exceptional casks are hand-selected and set aside. These casks show a range of depth and complexity, maximizing the influence of both the former bourbon barrel, sourced from Kentucky and Virginia’s varied climate.
A handful of unique single casks are released annually, producing a limited number of extraordinary bottles.
