We felt watering this barrel down to 103 would have been criminal so here you have a truly one of and first of a kind. Fresh charred oak and spicy dark chocolate on the nose precedes oak, cherry, and subtle cinnamon on the pallet. Pepper and pleasant dry oak finish out what is sure to be one of the finest, boldest double oaks around.
