Our first aged spirit – Bare Knuckle Straight Wheat Whiskey, is made with 60% wheat, 30% rye and 10% malted barley, all sourced from local Virginia farms. It is double-distilled and aged for at least 2 years in charred new American White Oak barrels from Kentucky.
