Tasting Notes: Featuring apple and peach aromas with a suggestion of vanilla spice, our 2017 Chardonnay is a bright straw-gold color. Rich from barrel fermentation and aging, this wine shows poached pear and butterscotch flavors. The wine is round; medium-bodied with balancing acidity and toasty oak that lengthens the finish.
Production Notes: This wine is 100% barrel fermented in French and American oak barrels - 25% new. Aged sur lie for 6 month
