The classic Old Fashioned and beloved cocktail. We take our Four Grain Bourbon, add a touch of cane sugar, house bitters, and then steep with fresh orange peels. Pour over ice and garnish with a lemon and orange peel. Shhhh… that last part is our house secret.

Bluebird is a true grain-to-glass distillery. All of our spirits are distilled on site using our state-of-the-art hybrid copper still. Bluebird is made up of fun, passionate people dedicated to creating world-class spirits and enjoying life.
