Masterful harvesting, cooking, and distilling techniques produce a 100% blue weber agave tequila that is smooth, complex, and exquisitely balanced. This blanco tequila then is triple-distilled and aged to perfection in new French oak barrels custom-made from trees hand-selected by Casa Noble's seventh-generation master tequilero Jose “Pepe” Hermosillo. The result is an ultra-premium añejo tequila with balanced cooked-agave sweetness complemented by notes of vanilla, peach and other ripe fruits, roasted nuts, and spice accents.
