Complementing the bourbon is the Old Forester President's Choice Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey 2026, a spice-forward American whiskey that emphasizes the vibrant character of rye grain. Their coordinated design creates a sophisticated whiskey pairing that is particularly appealing to collectors and Old Forester enthusiasts.

How to Enjoy
The Old Forester President's Choice Bourye Bundle 2026 is ideal for an elevated side-by-side bourbon and rye whiskey tasting.
Begin with the President's Choice Bourbon, pouring a small measure into a Glencairn or tulip-shaped whiskey glass. Allow the whiskey several minutes to rest before exploring its caramel, vanilla, fruit, and oak characteristics.
Next, pour the President's Choice Rye into a separate glass. Compare its more pronounced spice, aromatic intensity, and rye-driven character with the sweeter, rounded profile of the bourbon.
Enjoy both neat initially to appreciate their distinct personalities. A few drops of room-temperature water can help reveal additional layers of sweetness, spice, and oak.
For cocktail enthusiasts, the bourbon makes a rich foundation for a premium Old Fashioned, while the rye offers the spice and structure associated with classic Manhattan and Sazerac cocktails.
For food pairings, consider dark chocolate, roasted pecans, aged cheeses, smoked meats, charcuterie, and caramel-based desserts.
The two-bottle collection also makes an impressive centerpiece for whiskey tastings, special occasions, and premium bourbon and rye collections.
