How to Enjoy
Pursuit United XS Double Oak Rye Whiskey is particularly rewarding when enjoyed neat in a Glencairn or tulip-shaped whiskey glass.
Pour a small measure and allow the whiskey several minutes to rest before tasting. This gives its concentrated rye spice, caramel sweetness, toasted oak, and vanilla aromas time to develop.
Because this expression is bottled at barrel proof, gradually adding a few drops of room-temperature water can help soften the alcohol intensity and reveal additional layers of sweetness, spice, and wood character.
For a colder experience, serve over one large ice cube. The gradual dilution allows the whiskey's flavor profile to evolve over time.
Its bold rye character also makes it an excellent candidate for premium spirit-forward cocktails.
