• Solento is a highlands tequila grown in rich volcanic soils which creates a sweeter and softer flavor profile
• The family-owned farm that makes our tequila is extremely meticulous about their harvesting techniques; they make sure to cut back as much of the bitter agave stem as possible, which contributes to Solento’s smooth, easy sipping
• Our agave is never harvested early, we will always allow it to grow to full maturity (seven years). Other tequilas are known to harvest early to save time and money, however, they may add artificial agave syrup to create the sweet finish that we get naturally

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Age Verification Required

All alcohol shipments require an adult signature (21+) at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone 21 or older is available to sign for your package. Valid government-issued photo ID will be required.

Shipping Restrictions

We can only ship to states where it is legal to ship alcohol. Some states have restrictions on the types or quantities of alcohol that can be shipped. We will notify you if we cannot ship to your location.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
